Julian Open Win For Love.

Jonathan Love (10) had a most impressive 43 points to take the first prize in the Julian Open, he dropped only three shots to par and birdied the long 17th to clinch victory. A triple tie break on 41 points was settled in favour of John Flynn (13) for second place, his birdies at Foyle and The Quarry helping him to a 22 point back nine. Jonathan Heywood (21) is enjoying a great run of form presently and even though he blanked the last hole he still managed third place just ahead of John Hancock(16) who will no doubt be pleased with his fourth place despite having two sevens on his card. A welcome return to form from Reg North (23) saw him take fifth place on 39 points break of tie. He has plenty of room for improvement because he had a blank, a triple bogey and two double bogeys in his round so expect a big score in the next few weeks. Stephen McKeegan (3) scored 34 points to take the best gross on a count back.
