Sunday proved a most difficult golfing day as the weather took a turn for the worse and a series of squally showers lashed the Prehen fairways. However with your golf game on song who notices the forces of evil trying to scupper your Sunday enjoyment? And so it was for Mr Andy McFaul (10), who,  having lost a shot on his handicap after his second place finish on Saturday was bent on proving that finish to have been no fluke! Symmetrical nines of 38 shots totalled to his score of 76 and a nett of 66 to claim first prize. In second place was the ever-present four-handicapper Mr Graham Hepburn with a nett 68 and Mr Vincent Devenny (6) found that his nett 70 was good enough for third prize. Fourth overall was the other scoring machine of Saturday, Mr Mark Sheridan. Now playing of a career-low thirteen handicap Mr Sheridan carved his way through the field to record a nett 71 and highlight the stellar improvement in his game.
